ABOUT DARING WAY™ and RISING STRONG™

The Daring Way™ is a curriculum based program developed by Brené Brown, Ph.D. and
her amazing Daring Way™ team. It is intended to help participants deepen their
connections with others by developing self-compassion, shame resilience and finding their authentic voice. The course concepts help us create a practice around living a braver and more wholehearted life.

During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and
worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back
and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and
developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
I would ask you to ponder these questions:

Do you somethings feel unworthy of love and belonging?
Do you long for more fulfilling relationships?
Are you afraid of people seeing the "REAL" you?
Is it hard to stand up for yourself?
Do you often feel guilty and/or ashamed?
Do you struggle with feeling vulnerable?
Do you want to take more chances in your life?
Do you battle procrastination and/or perfectionism?

If you can identify with one or more of the above, then The Daring Way™ is designed
especially for you! I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, and I am thrilled to incorporate this work into my practice!
